When you open an account on dunia, you agree to these terms and conditions. They set out the rules governing your access to our platform, your use of our games and sportsbook, your deposits and withdrawals, and your rights and obligations. These terms apply whether you access dunia via our mobile app (Android or iOS), desktop browser, or any other method. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and understood these terms and accept them in full.

Deposits and account funding

Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately or within minutes, depending on your payment processor. We do not charge deposit fees. Our live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar) are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Outcomes are determined by real cards and genuine shuffles. We do not manipulate results. Each table session is recorded for security and dispute resolution purposes.
When you join a table, you accept the table rules displayed in the game interface. Bets close before each hand or spin is dealt. Once a hand or spin concludes, the outcome is final and cannot be changed. Settlement is instant—your account balance updates within seconds.

Jurisdiction and liability

We make no warranty that our platform or services are error-free or uninterrupted. Your use is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you have deposited in your account. Amendment and governing law

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our support process, you may pursue legal remedies available in your jurisdiction.
